Description

The material is fed to the system with an intake system (1) for the delivered material. From here the material is transported to the wood chip and sawdust silos (2). These silos are equipped with discharge screw conveyors (3) distributing the material to the following HAAS screening and grinding line (4).

Here the material is transported first to two flat screens where the fractions 0 – 12 mm, 12 – 50 mm and > 50 mm are screened. The fraction 0 - 12 mm is transported directly to the wet chip silo (5). The material 12 - 50 mm is transported to the following hammermills.

After the fine hammermills the grinded product is once again screened to ensure the exact product size of 0 – 12 mm that is fed to the wet chip silo (5). From the wet chip silo (5) the material is transported to the following belt driers (6). Here the material is taken from an approx. moisture content of 55 % down to 10 %. After that the material is stored in the dry chips silo (7). This silo feeds the following pellet press line including two small hammermills (8). The final product is screened and than stored in the end product silo (9).

From this silo the material can be transported to the following automatic pellet packing line (10), including a big bag packing and palletising or to the automatic truck loading station (11).
